Returns & Refunds Policy

At Freezies, each product is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please email hello@freezies.store and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether you qualify for a replacement or refund. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Normal variations in color due to screen settings or the printing process

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
